Midtown Village in Holland, Michigan

In September, construction started on Midtown Village: a historic renovation of E. E. Fell Junior High School in Holland, Michigan. Construction is planned to be completed in November, 2011. Midtown Village will include 30 one and two bedroom apartments for people age 55 and older.

The waiting list for Midtown Village will be open starting June 1, 2011.
