Dwellling Place's Weston Apartments are located on the corner of Ionia and Weston. This prime location is central to the Ionia Street business corridor. With a concentration of bars and restaurants located next to the Van Andel Arena, this fun and lively street is known as the Arena District.
In September, construction started on Midtown Village: a historic renovation of E. E. Fell Junior High School in Holland, Michigan. Construction is planned to be completed in November, 2011. Midtown Village will include 30 one and two bedroom apartments for people age 55 and older.
The waiting list for Midtown Village will be open starting June 1, 2011.
